Shipping policy
1 Delivery Coverage
Our logistics service delivers to the vast majority of overseas countries and regions globally. Only a small number of areas subject to international logistics control and cross-border shipping restrictions cannot receive deliveries. The system will automatically alert customers upon entering an undeliverable address, and orders cannot be submitted for restricted zones. Separate trunk logistics channels and sorting hubs are assigned for different geographic regions.
2 Carriers & Order Tracking
We cooperate with multiple professional cross-border logistics carriers to manage all parcel trunk transportation and last-mile delivery. Once your order is packed and dispatched from our warehouse, a unique tracking number will be generated automatically and sent to your registered email address as well as your order history page within your member account. You may log into your intbuyer account, navigate to order details, enter your tracking code and redirect to the official carrier tracking portal to view real-time updates including sorting, cross-border transit, customs clearance and last-mile delivery status. Minor multi-hour delays in logistics status updates are standard and expected.
3 General Transit Timeline
After successful credit card payment and warehouse quality inspection & packing, your goods will enter the international trunk transportation network. Overall transit duration fluctuates based on trunk line backlogs, international transfer station throughput, destination customs clearance efficiency and local last-mile delivery scheduling. No fixed guaranteed delivery date applies; only general reference transit windows are provided. Delivery times will extend correspondingly during major seasonal shopping promotions and peak international logistics periods, so customers are advised to allow ample waiting time.
4 Customs & Duty Regulations
All cross-border parcels are subject to local destination country customs declaration and inspection laws, with product information declared truthfully by our brand on your behalf. All import duties, excise taxes, local VAT and customs administrative processing fees generated by your shipment are the sole financial responsibility of the recipient and will be collected by the carrier upon final delivery. Tax amounts are determined solely by real-time local customs standards and cannot be reduced or waived by intbuyer.
If parcels are detained, returned or destroyed by customs due to declaration inconsistencies or local import control restrictions, all associated return shipping fees, product losses and tax charges shall be covered entirely by the customer, with no product replacement or financial compensation provided by the brand.
5 Parcel Receipt Guidelines
- When your parcel reaches the last-mile delivery stage, the logistics carrier will contact you via your reserved phone number and email to schedule delivery. Please maintain open communication channels. Parcels left unclaimed after repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts will be held at a local logistics depot and shipped back to our overseas warehouse if unclaimed past the depot retention deadline.
- You may inspect the outer packaging for severe crushing, tears or leakage prior to signing for your parcel. If significant packaging damage is visible, you have the right to refuse acceptance and immediately notify intbuyer customer support to document the issue. Our team will assist with parcel return and product reshipment arrangements.
- In-store self-pickup services are not offered through our brand. All goods are delivered exclusively via logistics carriers to your residential address, with no alternative collection methods available.
6 Order Dispatch & Cancellation Rules
Our warehouse team completes order picking, quality checks and packing within several business days following successful payment. Packing and dispatch speeds may slow slightly during high-volume promotional shopping periods. Orders may be fully cancelled with a full credit card refund processed if requested via customer service before warehouse packing and dispatch. Once a parcel departs our warehouse and enters cross-border transit, mid-transit interception and order cancellation are unavailable; you may only initiate a return request after receiving the shipment per our Return Policy.
