1 Acceptance of Agreement
By accessing and browsing the official intbuyer website, registering an account, submitting product orders and completing payment, you acknowledge that you have fully read, completely understood and unconditionally agreed to all contents within these Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, Return Policy and Privacy Policy, and voluntarily consent to be bound by this agreement. If you disagree with any clause herein, please cease all use of website services immediately and refrain from placing orders or making purchases. All visitors, registered members and paying customers are subject to these Terms of Service.
2 Account Registration & Usage Rules
- Customers may voluntarily register a personal account. Valid email addresses, contact phone numbers, shipping and billing addresses must be provided truthfully during registration. You may not register accounts under stolen identities, contact information or addresses belonging to third parties. Any failure of order delivery, interrupted after-sales communication or abnormal account access resulting from false information shall be borne solely by the customer.
- You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account login password and payment verification credentials. Do not disclose such information to third parties. The brand shall not be liable for any financial losses, order disputes or after-sales conflicts arising from account sharing, password leakage or unauthorized account access. Contact customer support immediately to freeze your account and reset your password upon detecting suspicious login activity.
- Any single account found engaging in malicious bulk ordering, inventory resale, abusive mass returns, false defect complaints or repeated harassing inquiries to customer service will face immediate order restriction or permanent account suspension. All existing orders may be cancelled without compensation of any kind.
3 Order & Payment Regulations
- The only payment method accepted on our website is international credit card payment, supporting mainstream channels including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Cash on delivery, in-store self-pickup, cash transfer and offline third-party payment methods are not supported. All transactions must be completed online.
- An order becomes officially valid once you submit it and complete credit card deduction. Our system will automatically send an order confirmation email to your reserved mailbox containing the order number, item list, cost breakdown and estimated warehouse dispatch timeline. You must verify all information promptly. Contact customer service to amend errors in address, size or color before your goods are dispatched.
- All prices displayed on product pages are standalone item prices and do not cover cross-border import duties, consumption taxes or local destination country levies. All relevant taxes shall be paid solely by the recipient in accordance with local customs regulations.
- Real-time inventory updates apply to out-of-stock items, limited-time discounts, limited-edition goods and custom products, available on a first-paid-first-served basis. If items go out of stock after payment, our customer team will proactively reach out via email. You may choose to switch to an alternative size/color of the same product, exchange for other goods of equivalent value, or request a full refund to your original payment card following the procedures outlined in our Return Policy.
- Malicious order splitting, mass order cancellation after placement, and exploitation of system loopholes for arbitrage are prohibited. The brand reserves the right to cancel violating orders without refund of any credit card transaction fees incurred.
4 Product Descriptions & Color Difference Disclaimer
All product images, size charts, fabric specifications and styling guides on the website are for reference only. Minor color discrepancies caused by shooting lighting, electronic screen display differences and batch-to-batch fabric variations are normal objective phenomena and shall not be deemed manufacturing defects. Minor manual cutting and sewing deviations of 1–2 cm in measurements are also acceptable. You must carefully review the size chart on product pages before ordering. Any returns or exchanges requested due to self-estimated sizing errors, dissatisfaction with silhouettes or unmet color expectations shall follow the shipping cost liability rules specified in the Return Policy.
5 Intellectual Property Rules
All written content, product photographs, brand silhouettes, logos and styling materials published on the website are exclusive intellectual property of intbuyer. No third party may reproduce, commercially distribute, replicate product silhouettes or use our images for resale without formal written authorization from the brand. Customers are permitted to view content solely for personal, non-commercial reference. We reserve all rights to pursue legal action against copyright infringement.
6 Policy Revision Clause
intbuyer reserves the right to revise and update these Terms of Service as well as the supporting Shipping Policy, Return Policy and Privacy Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website homepage. All new orders placed after the posting date shall be governed by the latest revised policies. Orders paid for but not yet dispatched, shipments in transit and ongoing after-sales requests shall remain subject to the policy version effective on your order placement date.
7 Liability Exclusions
- The brand shall not provide compensation or reimbursement for delivery delays caused by destination country customs inspection hold-ups, logistics carrier transit delays, severe local weather events, regional transportation suspensions or international trunk line scheduling disruptions.
- Full losses arising from undeliverable or returned parcels due to incorrectly submitted shipping addresses, unanswered delivery calls or long-term recipient unavailability shall be borne exclusively by the customer.
- Skin fabric allergies, improper styling, fabric deformation, fading or damage resulting from customer-initiated washing, ironing or wear do not qualify as factory quality defects and are not eligible for complimentary returns, exchanges or compensation.
- The brand reserves the full right to reject all requests for free returns, exchanges or defect compensation submitted after the 30-day after-sales validity window expires.
8 Dispute Resolution
All shopping disputes and conflicts shall first be resolved through voluntary communication and negotiation with our customer service team. If mutual agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved in compliance with consumer protection laws and regulations applicable in the order’s destination country.
